Cody Marks, Timber Frame and Construction Manager concocted a great color for Douglas Fir.

It is made from Old Masters Oil Penetrating Stain.

Recipe

Mix 50/50 to make 1 part

  • Spanish Oak
  • Pickling White

Mix with 3 parts

  • Dark Walnut
Example

Mix

  • 1 pint Spanish Oak
  • 1 pint Pickling White

Add to

  • 3 quarts Dark Walnut

Marks Lumber is a premium supplier of specialty lumber products. We pride ourselves on our quality products and customer service. We are more than happy to help load your order as long as it is in a safe and secure manner. We reserve the right to refuse loading if it could cause an unsafe situation in our yard or on the road.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • All materials will be loaded by Marks Lumber employees only. No customer loading allowed.
  • We will not load more than the weight rating of any vehicle or trailer.
  • Customers are responsible for checking and securing their loads.
  • All customers must remain in the cab of the vehicle or in the office while being loaded.

PICKUP AND SUV LOADING

  • Material loaded into pickup beds will be loaded by hand by Marks Lumber employees.
  • We will not load lumber through the back window of a car or truck.
  • Ladder racks will only be loaded if they are designed for machine loading.
  • We will not load material that is more than 4-foot longer than the pickup box or approximately 2-foot past the tailgate.

TRAILER LOADING

  • Loads must be able to be centered on the trailer creating adequate tongue weight.
  • We will not load enclosed cargo trailers, or horse trailers.

THINGS MARKS CAN DO TO HELP

  • We deliver! Talk to our sales team to learn more or to schedule your delivery.
  • We can set material aside and customers can haul part of the load.
